You'll find things a tad more competitive in Civ4 land than it was during the first CCC. C4P was a infant then, it's mature now. Not many people here can remember Civ3ptw and how rough around the edges we were then. But if you were to compare Civ3ptw with C4P a year ago, C4P looks pretty polished. And btw I was sad to see GC leave the C4P community, if you have other Civ4 players I'm sure Nero would be glad to lead your team.

Funny Fried doesn't even play Civ any more, and he left KC 4 years ago, but people still think it's somehow his clan.......

Come on Earl, What is boring is this argument. Do people form Civ3 go over to the CIV4 forums trying to bring people back? I dont go to those forums so I really dont know. I dont understand why people feel compeled to come here and try and get civ3 players to play their game.

Well unless they "get back to basics," you can expect civ5 to be "civ4x3" or "3(civ4)" if you're a math nerd.
I think civ revolutions is supposed to be their "retro" civ-type game. Hey if they make SMAC2, who's gonna be there? I loved that game
