Questions on points, should PoP get points for spoiler as the two PoP teams played against themselves to get these points?

Also, can AWP forfiet gaining points earned by placement and get points for being spoiler? In which case they get 4pts and NMA get 3. This way, spoiler points are not just rewarded to the clans who are already winning the big points, otherwise it is just a case of the rich getting richer while the poor getting poorer.
