The Black List: Last update as of 18 July 2008
Non-reporters:
The-118 gets 3 days in the penalty box Unreported match 9 July v. Stresemann forced. Second offense three days in The Box. (out 21 July)
Other violations:
Saladin gets 90 days in the penalty box Boxed pending possible ban.
Uncle Eddie was kicked off Making false non-report complaints and verbal abuse of other ladder members.
Falcon/Green Dragon gets 90 days in the penalty box Uncle Eddie account. Banned.
box penalty expired(last 10 days):
reddragon46 gets 0 days in the penalty box Unreported Match 6 July v. Ebola. First offense no penalty.
ImmortalLord gets 3 days in the penalty box Unreported match 4 July v. PJ forced. 2nd offense 3 days in the box.
The list will be updated according to the ladder news.

Note: What i see very often is that there is many good ideas around but not many of them come true cause players are not willing to take issues in their hands to act. This is the case with list of non-reporters and cheaters. Therefore i decided to create The Black List -a list of players that got box penalties for non reporting or cheating. It makes it easier for all to check who is in the box and also will put some pressure on players who don't care with reporting.
So there it is: The OwlOwl's Black List. The intention is to have here just facts: names of players who got boxed. I don't want to have here a discussion about reasons they were boxed or their excuses, just simple facts from ladder news.
So please all do not post here your comments as it will make the list unreadable. I will follow ladder news and post information on boxed players and once or twice a week will post a summery: a list consisted of all boxed players. Two exceptions:
1. Admins please feel free to delete posts not related to the topic and post your information and explanation if u deem it necessary.
2. I will post here names of players who quited games i hosted or games i took part in (it happens from time to time, quitters need to know that they cant just leave without a valid reason)
<edit> Note: For quitters, please contact an Admin to file a complaint. Please get at least one other person in the game they quit to also contact the same Admin to corroborate the claim. If a player is boxed for quitting, I will post that penalty here. What I won't do is to post or investigate individual complaints.
