Changing the CCC format?

so does that mean if you start a new clan you wont be allowed to get in the ccc anyways?

well if u start new clan u must do qualification mach in a week end before CCC with others..if u win u play..if not u can join in the clan that are in and do practice for next time

2 week before CCC clan register....
if 5 clan register last 2 in the last CCC will play a single 4v4 to decide who play, for exaple ICE play vs NOD...NOD win and play in CCC...ICE people can play with others clan as mercenary.

if the clan are 6 top 2 in last CCC are in the others will play a tie:
ICE NOD B2C MAD are in play off...admin will choise random the tie:
ICE vs B2c and MAD vs NOD -----MAD and ICE win and play CCC
the players of NOD and ICE can play with others clans

if the clan are 7 only the winner will be inothers will do a tie.
