Just had a thought how about a C3 V C4 Tourney say the vets from both theses Fine Leagues Play both version of the game in a nice Tourney Possibly a Epic like Ironman Might be Fun ;D Hey im even willing to give the winner $100 out of my pocket Unfortunately im no vet so ill just be a spectator ;D

Chickens Chickens? Not a matter of intestinal fortitude, most here dont like the game and dont play it and I wouldnt be surprised if most have actually tossed it if they bought it. I know of several here that were beta, hated it so much they never even considered purchasing it. Bantam what you dont understand its not a matter of ignorance or apathy most people here really HATE civ4. I personally dont feel that way and play it occassionally. I dont particularly like the MP part of Civ4 but do like playing SP portion. This type of tournament will never get much interest over here |

Hmm, have a tournament with 2 different games. One of which most of us here havent played, while the other game nearly all have played and are accustomed to. Excuse me for saying this is a stupid idea, not to mention most here dont have a comp that meets the requirements of civ4. Im betting that most here wont spend the $50 on that piece of crap game much less the extra money on the vid card, ram or what have you. I personally own the game, and played it 1 time online only to see that it sucked inregards to the civ we all grew to love and that it was barely playable due to its huge requirements, not to mention its lack of that "holy sh!t I love this game" feelilng. Now please tell me about my piece of crap computer and how little it would cost to make civ4 playable, as if I really care.  |

Why not play it as Civ 3 only? A league vs. league tourney on Civ 3 might be fun.
