I am befuddled by the lack of ability to purchase or renew premium membership on cases . I tried to renew my gold membership via credit card , And all online transactions were down , I emailed a Admin. And was told i could only renew via phone..(with the toll charge added to membership fee} Now I am not A cheap skate But I refuse to pay extra to cases to support my ladder because they get x-tra kick backs from the phone company .. So I continue to periodicaly attempt gold status . When this is repaired then I hope to once again promote civ3players ladder via my membership as a gold member. Untill then I will Remain just . Dragon...

One correction, we(admins) don't have anything to do with your problem. You have been probably contacted by Cases own support etc. Not a long ago when I renewed my memberships with visa and it worked well.

hmmm I've renewed several times using VISA and never had a problem. If they are having such an issue it is serious. Anyone heard if Cases is in trouble ?

I used Visa Electron, worked fine for me too I think the problem is that your bank tries to play Nanny and won't process a transaction to some internet sites. They do this because of all of the scams out there. I tried 2 different credit cards and the report came back that the bank rejected both transactions. There is an option where you can print out a form and mail it with a check. |

Your bank doesn't trust your buying decisions and thinks maybe somebody stole your card. Use the option that allows you to print out the form and mail a cheque. |

I heard that Ibill have trouble.
