In fairness to Method ... when he sent me the picture of him on the beach it was a little dark with his face in shadow ... so I brightened it by 25% ... this might explain the glare.

LOL, Zerza! You are right, I am a northerner, Michigan actually. That pic was taken on a vacation to Florida in the middle of winter. Anyhow, the wonderful beaches of Michigan are a bit chilly for tanning in March. Usually in June too, LOL. It would not matter anyhow, I don't get tan, I am part albino, LOL, just need the pink eyes.

By the way, Love the idea of pics. It is cool to see what everyone looks like. I was really shocked to see how many older people play this game. However, unlike some others on the forum, I think it is great to see a variety of age groups. And damnn you must be some cool parents/grandparents if you enjoy things like civ! So don't let these runts ruin your day.

Interesting observation MethodMan ... odd that our little world also mirrors whats happening in the industry ... From www.gamesinvestor.com/Thinkpieces/The_21st_Century_games_industr/the_21st_century_games_industr.htmlNow that quote is 3 years old but the thrend continues and is expected to continue as boomers age and have ample income and time to spend on computer games and technology. The youth may have started the gaming industry but its grey haired retired person that will beat you at your own game.

Whats with the disappearing pics? I understand there was some editing of the previous thread ( Shuddup next time onan ), but now ra and bonehed have had their pictures disappear on this thread. Didnt notice anything controversial about their pics. Dune

I noticed that happened with the first pic I posted. I think something happens to the link and the pic disappears. Second time I had someone else post it and unfortunately it hasnt disappeared yet.
