Sunday, August 20th, 2005 - Finals begin 11 am EST


After 7 prequalifying events the teams with the highest scores will advance to the finals. With less then 6 teams’ only the 2 best will get into finals. With 7-11 teams top 3 will get into finals and with over 12 teams the 4 top finishing teams will get into finals. Each team will inform TD in charge, who will play for them in game #1, #2 and #3. After that TD will inform games. This has been done so that more players can play in Grand Final and it’s not just about 1 good start, but more about skills of team. There can also be many different tactics for final. No contact allowed between teams. No deals and no trading allowed. You can only chat with your teammate in the same game. You aren't allowed to kill teammate.

Winner of Nation's cup will be the winner of at least 2 final games.
No earlier points are counted for Grand Final.

Choice of civs:
Game #1 & #2:

Civ choice goes to the team with the most points thru the first 8 rounds. In case of a tie, the team with the most events won chooses first. If there is still a tie after this, the team with the highest ranked ladder player chooses first.

*Nations/teams are not allowed to select civ in final game #2 that has been selected in game #1. So players in game #1 will inform TD which civs have been selected in game #1 and after that game #2 will select their civs

Aztecs and sumer are both banned from final games!!

If Team with only 4 or 5 players will get into final, final will be reduced to 2*2vs2sv2sv2 game.(game #2 removed)

Game #3:

Medieval start, all ancient civs banned and india!!

so this NC is a draw between France and Scandinavia

There was a conflict between me and mono then skid subed me and sham,skid and pat played.But after skid had to left, and we had no sub, just me.Then i think it is 50% our fault, and draw is the best way.Thanks all team scandinavia for this fair play.

I wasnt meant to play that game, moineau asks me to sub cos mono and him conflict; the game is incredibely laggy, doesnt improve after 2 reloads. It's 8h40pm, we waited 20 minutes to have more than just Yilar in the opposing team, changed the format from a 3*2v2 to a 3v3, waited 30 more minutes to start the game and then played 48 turns in 1h50, and i missed a dinner in family. Thanks to Monoha for finally accepting the idea of a draw.

Congrats to you guys, you won the regular week end i think (20 points, 19 for us), and congrats to my teammates, c t vraiment cool Id rather forget this screwed ending indeed, and just remember before and afterwards..

TD wasnt ok, indeed...but im not sure if his point of view mattered. he wasnt in that hell game
