As something fun for civ I am thinking of making a cup where the top 5-7 people in ladder pick teams from all the people that sign up for it say 30 people sign up then the top 5 of those people in rank picks teams and then we have a touney I am thinking this will be really fun post and tell me if you think this is a good idea

A few key issues...
1. Rank hardly says anything about skill...
2. How do you make sure people are evenly active? Could easily imagine one team with the most active people, winning.
3. How do you get interest? We can hardly get enough for CCC...

people sign up on a sign up list and to sign up u have to be around for that weekend
