Next year our LA soccer team will have David Blaine, we will finally be on par with European and South American teams....if they allow him to play for team USA when the time comes. Becks only come to LA cause he wants to Hollywood (or his wife) and get more money, his time is near over. sometimes hes a genius, but in important games hes wet in his panties  hes the shame of englands national-team ;D |

beckam has never been a very good player (considering vgp ronaldinho, kaka, shevchenko etc..).. just a money machine with fashion stuff and advertisments.

It has always been the case the season after the World Cup. it's not just this year, it's been going downhill rapidly the past decade or so. Valencia takes the prize; watching them against inter this week, playing dirty physical football, and worse, distracting the flow of the game at every chance they receive, with CONSTANT diving and manipulating the refs and causing uproar at every foul they suffer - it almost made me nostalgic for Hector Cuper's version of Valencia. Roma have their moments, Bayern i dont know well these days - as for the rest of the teams that progressed this year, they simply play a brand of football that i distaste intensively. there’s just not enough space these days; too much empathizing on physics, pace, directness, aggressivety etc. etc. where are the playmakers? where are the profiles at all? Instead it’s the era of mourinho, benitez, sanches flores, scolari etc. etc. football has lost something. |

Right, an italian soccer isn't corrupt  Beckham was a great player before he came to Real Madrid (like most other players). And it's not beckhams fault that the english national team is sucky. |

Bah... English team suck like Spain. In paper they perfect, but when they start to play they suck badly. I think they should change the nation name and the colors, so they can start to win |

1st English league (yes, the clubs in spain play better soccer, but the english league is just so much tougher.)
2nd Spanish league
3rd Italian league
4th German league
5th French league
oh and I would like to remind everyone that Denmark won the Euro 92 back in the day. We are only 1/20 the population of Germany, who should have won the World Cup last year. Italian had some nice defending, but it was only because they didn't have to play Germany in the finals they won.

we spanked germany in the semi-final match.. and yes that was the best deserved win in the world cup.
English and spanish league are better cause goalkeepers suck a lot. And defenders.. my gosh..
