Dear Friends:
The purpose of this thread was to remind everyone about a recent ruling regarding a game exploit. To make sure that others didn't claim "ignorance of the law".
It's purpose was not to bash anyone - including the Admin Team. We have determined that city gifting can be abused and exploited - and a rule was put into place to stop it.
Our ladder rules state that once a final ruling is made by the Admins, it should be respected and that further bashing and flaming should not be tolerated. I have deleted parts of this thread which crossed that line and I have locked it to prevent future posting.
The dead horse has just been buried.
