1st offense = bomb assigned
2nd offense = 7 days in the penalty box
3rd offense = 14 days in the penalty box
4th offense = 21 days in the penalty box
5th offense = 28 days in the penalty box

More than 5 offenses = immediate suspension of ladder priviledges until member appears before an admin tribunal to state their case as to why they deserve to continue to be in the ladder.
Bomb Removal
A player who politely requests the bomb removed will also need to explain why they have not reported, and agree to report all games in future.
When they agree to report, the player's record will be reset and the bomb removed however for the next 21 days that person will be on probation. If during that time they fail to report again their ladder priviledges will be revoked - possibly permanently.
Non Reports Must Be Filed Within Seven Days
Non reports have to be filed within 7 days of the match. I am getting several non reports from two weeks ago. The longer it waits the more difficult it is for people to dispute it so to be fair, effective immediately ... I'm putting a rule in place:
File reports within 7 days of the match.
