Hey BonzaiPogo,
We have met the enemy, and he is us.

*I* couldn't access the main page for large portions of yesterday. Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. Working now. :-)
> There was a problem with the Logout feature that was fixed today. When someone logs in, their session only stays open about a day, for security reasons. After the session expires, they'll have to log in again. Also, if someone clears their browser cache, they'll be required to log in again.
Logging in is still problematic. I just experienced it. What happened was that I went to "Report loss" and was requested to log in. After typing in (carefully!) my username and PW, I got a cheerful popup: "Unknown error, try again later!" I tried again. Same popup. I tried logging in on the main page. Same popup. I went to My Account, and it was open as if I were logged in. Then I went back to "Report loss," and it was asking for my opponent's name as if I had been logged in all the time. (Note: I think the login works on the home page, but there is nothing there to let you know that it worked. When you hit it again, you get the popup.)
> The Report Loss button was originally on ALL League pages. Many Leagues that play mostly only tournaments complained about it, so it was relocated just to be in the Standings tab. Now we're getting complaints about that. In an attempt to please everyone, we've asked that the developers create an option within the Admin menu so that the Head Admin can choose whether or not to display the Report Loss button on all pages (like a mini module). Hopefully that option will be made available in the near future. In the meantime, you can use your module editors to place the Report Loss link elsewhere.
OK.
> Unreported Matches- Are the players getting an error message? If so, I need to know what it says. I'm not familiar with this problem.
ERROR Illegal usage. Please contact our support department for assistance.
> When I entered an invalid username or password, I get a popup 'alert' message that says "Unknown error, try again later." I have notified the programmers of this, and hopefully they will come up with an alternative such as "Invalid username/password combination."
Now I get the "Unknown error, try again later!" message for a bad pw, too.
> Players are still able to contact each other, but they can't see the email addresses. In the "League Members" section (home tab or community tab) they can search the players name, then click the player's name to generate a mail to them. This allows players to email each other while maintaining their privacy.
When I pass the cursor over a player's name, I can read " javascript: void(0). No email address. No email link.
> The proper way to send your redesign suggestions is to use the Get Support link in your Admin center, as you have done
Your players can direct their suggestions to you, and you can pass them on.
Good. I guessed right.
