Where can I get the UU scenario?

I just recently got my router fixed up to allow me to host so i need the usual scenarios played in today's ladder games. If anyone can tell me where to get these scenarios it would be appreciated:

uu
mpt uu
qc uu

and any other scenarios that may be useful. Also, if u could explain how to save it etc. that would be helpful also. ;D
