First..where can I find mpt file for d/l.

Second, I was browsing but cant seem to find a list on unit strengths/ weakness for 1.95. Is there a list I can refer to w/ updated changes? I cant seem to find it.

so, that is the list of changes...are the governments still the same then w/ 1.95 etc...,
and can a cruise missile kill other cruise missiles? I guess, I knew that list existed...I just wasnt sure if it was still relevant.
