CCC is for super clans, forget it it if you don't have 4 top ranked players you won't even sniff the finals. I think it ain't worth playing anymore for a non-super clan. Lastride's super fun tourney was considerably better, and if better organized will be a much better event than CCC.

Well, KC has been probably the largest clan since clanning started. First clan too.
Perhaps you should train up a bit, but you should have the numbers and experience to compete.

Hmmmm I think too much attention gets placed on being the best. After all clans are only as good as there members, so having better players can have its benefits, but for the smaller clans its more than about being the best, its about playing the best. Nothin wrong with being an underdog.

Yes, there is fun to be had competing at every level, but complaints about the CCC's format forget this.
The CCC is not for the "superclans", all are encouraged to participate.
Now success in the CCC is a different story, and is more likely the more organized, talented, diverse, and well trained your clan is. ( A few unfortunate tainted exceptions notwithstanding. )

I think CCC should include all clans...Sure some are stronger then others. But if you take only top 8 then it will get even worse. Even "weaker" clans have some skilled players and if they never get the opportunity to play the others then they will migrate to better clans which will place all the best in the top clans and all the noobs in the newer ones. I know I enjoy the fact that every CCC I have the opportunity to play 1v1's against people like cton, Beastmaster and Alski. I wouldn't have that opportunity if I was in a 2nd division.

I dont check dates and I have'nt read the whole forum yet so you may see posts on issues already resolved  I thought it was newer as I had heard the same complaint this ccc. Sorry Ill start looking at the dates  |

POP can enter but we stand no chance. Like some clans have 16players and som,e other clans with just 6 or 7 can't do anything. Because other clans have a better percent of better players and more active players and some clans loose outbecause of church on sunday morning

And btw, KC and LAW have amalgomated, KC has moved completely into C4P and LAW has moved to C3P, and we have asked our clannies to re-allign themselves appropriately. So sorry but no more KC in C3Cland, but you can come visit us in Civ4land....soon to re-organize, recruit, and kick some butt CS |
