new updates: due to compalints taht magelan and suntzu r too stong now, they both give unit /3 t, also manhaten now 300 shilds, palace generates 2 culture (1 in wt ...), jets, f15, fighters and helicopters detect invisible now (see submarine), fighters got better range now, 8(2 more) sub cruises have been changesd as well, bombard 10, range 4, 100(50) shilds, they r significaly more expensve now and weaker all in 1.2.8.

is possible to minimize the random anarchy generator? I mean.. 6 turns anarchy really sux.. so is possible to decrease it to like min 2 max 4 turn anarchy? just a suggestion though..
moreover.. increasing mobile sam strong.. bombers suck...

I don't think this is possible. Only way I can think to get around it would be to give all civ's the Religious trait.

Played around with a sniper unit.... wish we could see that thrown in here as well.... say 4 tile range/sight on mountain, 3 on hill, 1 land, 2 off coast? Basically it would be a lethal bombard unit... but has a bombard rate of 1 (with somehow a very high success rate). This would mean that it was guaranteed to take off 1 hp/turn (almost) every time. Could stop a charging conscrip tow, dead in its tracks. Possibly use french musketeer figure as the (now universal) sniper unit?
Your modern day catapult without the possibility of being captured like other artillery units. It just dies, (prolly attack defense of 1).
Otherwise, this scenario looks A-OK to me.... nice job player.

new changes: sub cruise is little cheaper 80(40) manhaten, it didnt gave tactical nuke if uranium suply was cut, or if it was reconected it started to count form begining, now manhaten needs no res to build, and it gives tactical/8t even if no alu uranium, hope it resolves problem... aquaduct, 60(30),cost same as granery, no longer agri builng, same cost for all civs this is propbly 1 of last changes, now all civs got very good chance to play vs any other civ, even if u got screwed sea start u can do something by building cheap offshore plant (if ur mil or sea ofcourse) and help teammates somehow. but still think maya is propbly strongest

I dont think so playerèek that is last version U need fix sdi bug,when i have used tactical nuke on enemy carrier and destroyers fortress in open sea field,his SDI just protect them So 1.3 version pls in lepo povabljen med upornike meddrugim ;D

not bug, units r protected everywhere, from all nukes... and think it cannot be changed as u want (sdi just for icbm), although i would like to see it same ....

how bout 2 cultrue from palace for reli civ's only the palace is the unique building that u can't change it just for one kind of civ... but u can change all other ones, so maybe add a xtra culture for temples? Or add the sacrifice to religious workers? So u could get xtra culture using workers

Scenario is great. I am wondering though if spanish conquistadors should be given better uu stats. Currently it is 3.2.2. That's worse than arabs which has 4.2.3. I think conquistadors should be upgraded to either be a 2.4.3 or 3.5.2 if you really want to differentiate the two civs. Conquistadors could then a weak pillager like the way it was meant to be, but without unbalancing the game. my 2 cents ;D myRock

Myself found helicopter need only oil, maybe realy too much power for oil. Enemy oil-cap close to ur is in advantage with bombers, now u are dead for sure.
