think its impossible to make com civs better, if u check for some building to be commercial, let say 1/2 price for market, it doest change anything. building is still same price for com civs as for others. i tried to make aquaduct commercial building, to give em some advantage but no changes...
other idea, about corruption, u propbly mean forbidden palace, i like it, will change prioce of forbidden palace, anyway u need few more cities to build it (like 8 i think on standard map)
how about 50 shilds? now it is 100 i think

u could make a exclusive small wonder for a com civ that could work like the forbibben palace, but being cheaper. so, a com civ, would be able to build this exclusive improvement plus the reg FP. That way he would be able to build lots of more cities with minimal corruption. or maybe could be a cheaper wall street, or a smallwonder that works like a colossus(so if built in capt would make them great civ to colect money)... or even a cheaper marketplace... theres lots of things that u could do to make com better

impossible, buildings, wonders or small wonders, can build all civs, if u make some building commercial, as i said, it is not working, unfortunatly, so there is no way to make commercial trait stronger, at least i dont know of it...

ok, ill shorter range of helicopter to 7, needing only oil, and keep paratrupers at range 10, also ppl complaining that standard map with 8 players is too big, i made it aobut 10% smaller just to test if any better, both changes in newfuture1.3.bic Ok, so now the "oil only" helicopter has a range of 7, is there still the helicopter with 10 range and requiring oil & rubber?

In reality helicopters airbase in carrier. Is it possible to remake that here also? Even if they are full loaded, this would be fuking great action
