hello future funs here is (another?!? ) new version: 1.6 biggest change is impruved com civs: they can only build resourceless marine, which is slightly stronger in defense, and can enslave Com Marine, 16.10.1, enslave(u get worker sometimes), no resource, cost 90(45ap), upgrade to special forces, doesnt require support its not much but it is something other changes: -stealth fighter, 8(6).5, -1 defense -stealth bomber, 0(18).4, -1 defense -battleship, 18(12).12.6, range 4, +2 to bombard, +1 to range of bombard, health +1, leathal land and sea bombard, rate of fire 2 (bomber got 3) -agis, cruisier cna carry 1 sub cruise or tactical nuke -batlefield medicine, 200(100ap), does not require hospital any more, acts as hospital, culture +2 now batleships r usefull finaly, they might be seen in battles, commercial tyipe of marine can be very usefull cous it donesnt require resource nor support and if ur rushed u can kill enemies and get free workers although they r slow but its still nice

I like the idea of improved future.... but depending on when the host downloaded this scenario.... there are now too many versions of it. At some point it has to be a finished product. It just seems to keep changing and changing.... change is good and all, but just wondering if there is an end in site? and if/when the final product will be left alone..... or is the plan to have numerous options? some people will like 1.6 some may like 1.5 some may like 646.73 a year from now (Still wondering if you are gonna throw in that sniper unit option i suggested a long time ago.)

Only speculating; but maybe xxcc cranked the number the wrong way with the editor. If so, that would increase the chance of depletion.

I do suggest you change this to eliminate resource depletion. I know random luck factors are part of the game and can make things more interesting. However, this one is just too brutal. You plan your strategy based upon resource availability. Your plans and execution go out the window with depletion. I remember one game where I could see a nukefest coming. On the same turn I completed the Manhattan Project my aluminum disappeared.

You can control the probability that they will dissapear every turn... I think it's apart of the game. Some games when you don't have rez all game long then an oil just appears...

i know its cruel and it sux, if resource dissapears suddenly(usualy when u need it most), but then again, game would loose some of its charm if u would elimitante that. anyway, palyer shoud be able to adapt to such situation. think ill keep it as it is(same as 1.2 balanced)
another thing, just in consideration, what if mines on mountain would give 4 shilds(now its 3), mountais wouldnt be disliked...

well, it seems a decent scenario player, gj and tks for your hard work. The only thing I'd suggest is increasing the range of the heli again... probably to 10 or 11... and allow 2 cruises on a sub... it's fun!

heli got short range cous its only oil unit now, i could make it on 8 max but 10 is too much for only oil, nsub can carry 2 cruises, always
