i agree with a_night also, benchmarks do not necesarily reflect a winning position
unless someone is particularly keen for benchmarks, their will be no benchmarks
i dont care if we do 1,2,4,8 or 50 reports each to the eventual winner ;D

Or we can do like the real time games if we get eliminated - report to everyone still left in - and, at the end, either report a loss to the winner or to all who are above us. It really doesn't make any difference to me, though, if I am eliminated early it's nice to know who to report to so I can forget it (which unfortunately those that know me understand I tend to forget things anyway!).
Now I'm getting excited for this one... oh, if it makes a difference to you all in whether I take part in the game, I will be out of town from Nov 22-Dec 2 and may or may not be able to play turns (probably will, but not necessarily every day - I will have computer access and Civ access, but not much time). I hate to pass this up, but I don't want to be a drag on the party either!

yes i agree
heres an idea...
u report seperately for each civ u control
so if one gets elimed, u report once to all remaining
when second dies, u report once each for that civ - so 2 reports total will be due - one for each civ
also, as its 4x2, u can only trade with your other civ.... - everyone cool with this?

2-5pm
