If there are no reports then why NOT quit? 3 years ago people would talk about quitting and people would go then u better quit.. and he didnt quit.. now its .. im going to a new game.. people say u better report and they just say nobody cares about reports anymore.. We just boot the people that quit from the ladder or box em. Reports only serve as a ranking system and clearly it is not very good, teamers are mostly even teams, meaning (50/50 win) and cton's ain't (70/30), that meaning that the people playing cton's will have a better rank.

hi all,
People should respect the Ladder and all who work for this community.. Report gdi! If its a
Ladder game respect it and all Ladder players.
Sometimes people forget to report and its ok.. if you report later. But just not report is bad
and brings indefference between players. Open games is just what i want to prevent,
quitters, laggers and all that comes with it.
So... Just report and be someone who deserves to be invited for playing good games..

Dear Ladderites,
The votes are in and clearly indicate that the vast majority of you feel that future ladder games ought to be reported. You have voiced your opinion and we will support it.
If someone does not report to you in a future match, file a non-report and it will be dealt with within 48 hours. In order for this report to go through, you must assure yourselves that you are not playing with non members or suspended players. Any future match who has banned players or non-ladderites will be a null match.
In order for a future teamer to be legit:
1-All players in game must be ladder members
2-All players in game must be in good standing and not in the box.
3-Any scraps or concessions must be unanimous.
We, at the ladder, like to believe we offer a good place for players to test their skills. One of the reasons the matches are so entertaining is that people do not quit when land is bad.
Every time you quit a game, you are ruining the fun for 7 of your friends. Be courteous and show some respect for your fellow Civers.
Hosts found hosting matches with non members will also be subject to penalty. We are not here to tell you who to play with. We are telling you that if you are to call it a “ladder match” then it is subjected to ladder standards.
Hosts are to check league site as any game played with a boxed player will be null.
In order for a match to count, all members must be in good standing.
Any player attempting to play a ladder match while boxed will see his/her suspension lengthened. This will be strictly enforced.
You have all voted that this is the way you wished ladder matches to be. We respect your decision and expect your help to keep it running as such.
Our league stands for integrity, fair play and accountability to one another.
File your non reports and they will be dealt with. If it costs us some membership then so be it.
The ladder stands for something and will not bend to accommodate those who cannot follow the rules.
If you cannot follow these rules then it is our suggestion that you stick to open games.
Sincerely, Avogadro

Since I don't know where else to ask this question... What happened to Hank Chinaski? That guy was all over the ladder for a while, always ranked number one and always playing future, I've noticed his absence.

If it was up to me, we wouldn't report at all The ladder would just be a list of people who don't quit. Maybe just remove the reports from teamers, that way I wouldn't have to report at all ;D (naturally this is my personal opinion) i couldnt agree more! voted 3rd btw!

the poll is useless if people who don't play futures voted...any data can be skewed to prove a point...I'll continue to play opens with my friends and maybe an ancient CTON for a report if I see one that interests me...

If fufure people didnt vote then they do not feel as if they are part of the community. They can play pw futures just not ladder without reports. Why is this hard to get?
