moreover first vulnerability came out.. using an mp3 the speech recognition system can be activated and remove all of your files, cleaning the trashcan too.. my god.. it's out just from 2 days ^^ edit: blogs.zdnet.com/Ou/?p=418 |

What is your computer specs Bant? And how does vista perform on it? CS amd athlon 3700x2 2gb ram runs fine so far BTW Immo (civ4) runs vista too  |

double chip technology really that much quicker? Thinking of buying new comp and woudl like to get something I won't need to upgrade in a year.

512 mb card??? I can't afford that. I'm looking for something under 900$ that will be great for next 2 years of so.
Also xp pro is cheap now, what is advantage of going vista?

If your going to upgrade your hardware for vista you really should buy a new DirectX 10 compliant video card. These cards will make the PS3 and Xbox360 look like Civ2 But DirectX 10 is a Vista only option, there will never be a XP version. CS |

plus extra ram and video...
in other workds you guys telling me I can't get anything under a 1000$ which will still be useful in a year or two?

Vista is More reliable more stable and does a lot more trust me you will love it oh my gosh.. this is the biggest swear i ever read!! vista is just windows xp with google desktop integrated and aero useless system.. listen to me avogadro.. u don't need vista now, stay with your computer u got now.. in 6-7 months vista will start becoming something like a good operative system.. directx 10 are not out yet.. and just one video card (geforce 8800) supports them right now, and aint cheap. about this amazing crap puter bantams is suggestion u: that is needed (and not necessarly true) for horny gamers. About "double-chip".. think that out are yet "quad-chip"and in few months "8-chip" will come out. Listen to me that i hope deserved to be listened to.. dont buy anything.. stay as u are, wait at list the summer.. then vista will be patched, and processors will get nice prices.. |
